Advanced Degumming:

The refining process begins with degumming, where phospholipids and other impurities are removed from the crude fish oil. Our plants use efficient degumming technology to ensure that the oil is properly conditioned for subsequent processing steps.

Effective Neutralization:

The neutralization process is critical for removing free fatty acids (FFAs) and other impurities from the fish oil. Our plants are equipped with state-of-the-art caustic treatment systems that neutralize FFAs while decomposing unwanted pigments, phosphatides, and trace metals.

Precision Bleaching:

During the bleaching process, the fish oil is treated with specially selected bleaching earth to remove pigments, oxidation products, and residual phosphatides. This step enhances the oil’s color, stability, and overall quality.

Efficient Deodorization:

The deodorization process in our plants removes volatile compounds such as aldehydes, ketones, and other odor-causing substances. Utilizing high vacuum and stripping steam, our deodorization systems ensure that the final fish oil product has a neutral flavor and is free from undesirable odors.
